Our company delivers FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) weekly to Maxima, Rimi, Iki, Mego, Norfa, Lats, Top, Aibe, Vesko, etc., chain stores of various sizes.

Uninterrupted weekly deliveries to every corner of Latvia. Goods arrive at Latvian stores persistently and on schedule twice a week. In case of delivery of a small amount of goods, you will not overpay. This significantly reduces the logistics costs and gives the stores a possibility to place small orders.

DIPOL Latvija, unlike its competitors, undertakes not only wholesale, but also small deliveries – we can deliver to one store the required amount of goods, not whole packages. This allows you to save space and cost of transportation, as well as clearly satisfy the demands of stores. Packing is included in cost of our services, you do not have to pay extra for it.

Our company assumes responsibility for all items related to logistics. We will deliver the products within the specified term, taking care of your reputation and agreements.

At our disposal we have a warehouse of 8000 m2, a team of experienced warehouse workers, new machinery, and all this is included in the logistics service.

Before transporting goods to retail outlets, if necessary, we can carry out sorting of products, batching and packaging of goods, pre-sale preparation, gluing stickers, tags and labels.

Company DIPOL Latvija carries out customs clearance and release of excise goods into circulation. We undertake all difficulties, tax payments, completion of declarations, preparation of customs and transport documents.

Our difference from ordinary brokers is provision of additional services besides the customs clearance:

Accounting and gluing of Russian excise stamp
through the EGAIS system

EGAIS – Unified State Automated Information System for accounting of volume of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products in the territory of Russian Federation.

Using special equipment installed in our warehouse, we process alcoholic products imported to Russian Federation from Europe and third countries.

The system is designed to exercise the state control over the alcoholic product (AP) market in the territory of Russian Federation.

DIPOL Latvija accepts and checks alcoholic products at the warehouse, sends information about the received freight to the customer, receives and clears the excise stamp, maintains accounting by stamps, glues stamps and stickers, creates a file with information about products imported to the territory of the Russian Federation for further shipment in the EGAIS system.
